Our campers are in quiet residential areas. You are expected to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Remember, you are OFF GRID, thus the water supply is limited to the capacity of the on-board tank. Grey water and black water are both held in on-board tanks. The on-board tanks are sufficient 4 – 6 persons for a period of 3 days, but only if they are used conservatively. For stays longer than three days, a water/sanitation fee of $75.00 is added for each three-day period, or any part thereof, to cover refilling the water tank and dumping the black and grey water tanks.
The level of the tanks is displayed on a monitor inside the unit. Should the water tank need refilled, or the black or grey tank need dumping prior to the end of any three-day period, a $75.00 fee will be assessed for the additional refilling and dumping.
DO NOT flush any feminine products or wiped of any type, even if they say they are “flushable”. These things will plug the tank drains and will incur a significant cost to have cleared out.
There is to be no smoking inside the units.
You are “off Grid”. The generator provides 110 v power for AC, Microwave and any curling irons, hair dryers, etc. In respect of the neighbors, the generator should not be run before 7:30 AM or after 10:30 Pm.
No pets are allowed in or around our Adventure sites.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage or missing items caused by their occupants during their stay. (a $400.00 deposit will be required at check-in which will be refunded after the cleaning crew clears its return)
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
